  1. Will my order really be delivered to the car? image

    Yes, if you're driving. The order will be delivered upon your arrival. Make sure not to disable the app and check if GPS is enabled on your device. Please note that not all restaurants can provide this service. If there is a person icon depicted next to the logo of the selected restaurant, then you will have to go inside yourself to get the order.

  2. How does the staff know about my arrival? image

    The time of your arrival is constantly being updated based on your location, so the staff knows exactly when you will arrive for the order.

  3. What happens after placing an order? Do I need to pay right away? How can I pay? image

    After creating an order, you can pay for it in the app at any time. The order will be placed only after payment. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa or Apple Pay.

  4. What if I change my mind about the order after its placed, is it possible to cancel it? image

    You can cancel the order within 60 seconds after payment.
